What are the vibes? casual and cool atmosphere with good music and chill vibes

I attended the soft re-opening of S.E.T. LES on March 16th before the grand opening the next day. They had temporarily closed for three months for renovations. I had seen them on social media before and wondered if it was actually good or one of those overhyped spots. It’s actually really good! I started off with an Empress gin cocktail. Love that gin. It’s purple and looks really cool and the drink tasted good as well. It was garnished with lychee and an orange.

For my food order, I chose the mix and match tacos for $15 and ordered their bulgogi cheesesteak, chicken teriyaki and fish tempura. They also have chopped cheese and a vegan option, but both are not available for the mix and match option. All the tacos were good, but the bulgogi cheesesteak was my favorite. I’m pretty sure I would like the chopped cheese as well if I ordered them. I love a good cheese and beef combo.

I also ordered the Cajun waffle fries which were really good. They’re served with chipotle aioli and are really crispy and flavorful. I sat at the bar and the bartender was really attentive and friendly. I met these really cool guys who started talking to me about my meal. Through interesting fate, I ended up meeting a representative from D’usse cognac which led to me coming back here to attend another event.

When I returned for the D’usse event, I ordered the shrimp tempura tacos. Super crispy and flavorful with the chipotle mayo and jalapenos. I definitely enjoyed this one. This place is a vibe. Definitely check it out if you’re in the area for some drinks and tasty bites.
